Oracon collects the following information when you use the service:

• Your name and email address, provided during account creation.
• The content of your Gmail inbox, accessed via Gmail API with your explicit authorization. We read emails to identify guest inquiries and generate draft replies.
• Your business information, provided through the Oracle questionnaire. This includes your pricing, policies, and communication style.
• Draft replies generated by the Oracle system on your behalf.

2. How we use it

We use your information to:

• Generate AI draft replies to guest inquiries in your voice.
• Build and refine your Oracle system prompt over time.
• Communicate with you about your account and onboarding.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell your data to any third party.
• We do not use your email content to train AI models for other operators.
• We do not share your Oracle system prompt with any other business.
• We do not send emails from your inbox without a human reviewing the draft first.

4. Data storage and security

Your Gmail tokens are encrypted at rest. Your Oracle system prompt is stored privately and accessible only to you and the Oracon team assigned to your account.

5. Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@oracon.co. We will confirm deletion within 7 business days.
